Dhampus Village, located 18km away form Pokhara town, is situated at an altitude of 1750m above sea level. The village is very famous among tourists for the breathtaking panoramic views of Mt Dhaulagiri, Mt Annapurna, Mt Fishtail, Mt Himchuli, Lamjung Himal and many Annapurna ranges.
Dhampus is a gateway to Annapurna Conservation Area. It also serves as one of the main entry points to the Annapurna Base Camp and other trekking trails of Annapurna Region.
The journey to this beautiful village starts from Phedi village, a 3 hours steep trek.
